Ariadne Panagiota Fatsi & Sebastian Pape

Ariadne is an undergraduate student at the Faculty of Law, University of Athens. Her first participation in an MUN was in 2012 when she was still in junior high school and ever since she has participated in many simulations, both in Greece and abroad. When she is not preparing for another conference, she is either writing or rehearsing her part for the theatre club she performs with. Her love of Germany and doing conferences has already brought her there once as a chair, but this will be her first time in an international MUN and the CEU. Her personal goal is to become a better chairperson, facilitate the function of the committee and gather the courage to speak in German out of session!

Friends would describe her as a history geek, a nickname which she gladly adopts, so it is not her first time in a historical committee. She expects first from herself and then from the delegates a high level of academic performance and an equally high level of enthusiasm, socializing and having fun. Welcome aboard to the CEU BIMUN/SINUB 2018!

Sebastian currently pursues his Master in European Studies at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). Since 2011 he has attended MUN conferences in Germany and Poland in the position of a Delegate, as Chairperson and also once as Secretary-General. At his home university he has been actively engaged in the MUN society “ViaMUN” for almost eight years now, seeking to improve this small conference over time.

After a year of austerity, he makes his comeback this year as Chair of the European Council at BerlInMUN, Berlin, followed by the appearance as Chair of the CEU at BiMUN.

It will be his premiere in a CEU but also his first time at BiMUN and his very first participation in a historic committee, which bears a lot of excitement.
A very warm welcome to all members of the Historic Council of the European Union!
