As a chair at our conference, you will have the unique opportunity to experience the debates of a committee from a new perspective. Within the given committee, you can choose a topic on which the delegates will debate. You and your co-chairs will write a study guide on the chosen topic, which will serve as the basis for the delegates' debate. During the conference you will lead the debates and support the delegates on their way to a resolution paper. Accompany the delegates through the crisis times in the Crisis Committee, either in the front room or in the back room. The back room staff is coordinating the different directives that are coming from the delegates and are therefore the manager of the crisis while the work of the front room staff is similar to the one of a normal committee chair.
