General information:
This is an in-person conference in Bonn. We are aware of the current Covid-19 situation and will follow the hygiene regulations of the city of Bonn during the conference.
You are just able to participate at the conference when you are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, are recovered or are tested negatively. You need to bring a proof of that and a copy to the conference. For our Socials we also ask you to have a digital certificate.
In case the situation won't allow an in-person conference anymore, we will inform you. In that case we will switch our conference format to an online conference.
The delegate/journalist fee: 95€
Costs for staying in the B&B: 29€ per night
Please note: It is not mandatory to stay in the B&B. When you have a different place where you can stay during the conference, you can stay there. The B&B is just an offer from us for everyone who does not know where to stay.
It is not possible to just stay some nights in the B&B, when you would like to stay there, you need to stay for the whole conference (4 nights).
You are going to share the room with one or two other participants of the conference.
