Welcome to the application section of the 2010 BIMUN/SINUB Conference!

Further information about Model United Nations in general and about this year’s BIMUN/SINUB Conference can be found in our Conference section.

To choose your committee preferences please check the committee information and the respective topic abstracts (pfd downloads) at Committees 2010.

Please read carefully all the items in the Participation section before applying!

  • In the section Fees and Travel Grants you find all the information about what is included in our conference fee, how much you have to pay (fees are staggered by the Human Development Index, according to the delegate’s place of study) and how to apply for Travel Grants.
  • Please note: You have 3 choices concerning the committees and assignments. Please check Committees 2010 to see the available assignments for your desired committees!

Please name the country or observer institution you would like to represent  (Respectively worker and employer delegate positions in the ILC.  The positions for the ICJ are either judge, applicant or respondent.)

  • Kindly include special needs, diets or possible disabilities.
  • Please point out VISA requirements in your application.
  • If you want to apply as chair person please contact apply@bimun.org

After you fill in the application form, press “Submit” at the bottom of the form to send us your application. After successful submission, each applicant should receive a confirmation e-mail. Please inform us (apply@bimun.org) if you do not receive your confirmation email. Kindly note that we are currently processing visa applications as a priority. Please be patient, if you do not require a visa we will contact you in due time.

Application Deadlines:

  • Priority Application: September 30, 2010
  • VISA Priority Application: August 15, 2010 (strongly reccomended for all Visa applicants!)
  • Final deadline (Rolling Application): Middle of November, 2010

Note: If you apply during the priority application process, it is much more probable that you get the position of your first choice!
